What do One Call look for?
One Call is looking for people who are confident and enjoy speaking on the phone (although not every department deals with customers over the phone, such as our groundbreaking online chat department). We don’t always look for formal qualifications either, although you will need a good standard of literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
- Customer care skills and a professional attitude
- Clear and friendly telephone manner and the ability to communicate with consumers and fellow staff
- Good computer, literacy and numeracy skills
